Keep a girl in school

Feminine Star Africa is a non-profit organisation located in the Volta region of Ghana with focus on women and girls empowerment and improving education in the rural communities of Ghana. Our hope is to give every girl an opportunity to access quality education no matter their background or socio-economic status. We are determined to support girls from underprivileged homes by giving scholarships and educational materials. Our scholarships are not limited to academic excellence but proven record of commitment for a better life.

Your donation can be targeted towards an individual child or a group of children.

Laptop donations

We urgently need computers to open mini computer labs in schools in the rural areas of Ghana. In this era of technology, every child deserves to learn how to use a computer, develop IT skills, build a career in IT and boost their creativity for new inventions. Join us on our quest to stock rural schools with computers by donating a used desktop or laptop or donating towards purchasing computers locally.

All donated computers are worked and wiped clean to erase all your personal data and re-install a Windows a new operating system with MS Office before giving them to the schools. So instead of throwing your old computers away or keeping them in your storage collecting dust, we can together give it a new life and a great purpose.
